These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), including browsing informational content and purchasing Green Molecule plant-based cleaning solutions (“Solutions”). By accessing or purchasing
from this Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility & Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Fraudulent, disruptive, or unauthorized use (including hacking, spamming, or misrepresentation) may result in termination of access and legal action.
2. Our Cleaning Solutions
Green Molecule cleaning solutions are plant-based and designed for safe, effective use. Product descriptions and images on the Site are for reference only, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing updates. We may revise formulations, packaging, or discontinue items without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order on snablabs.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance, confirmation, and availability of stock. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity is suspected.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods & Services
Tax (GST), unless otherwise specified. Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or wallets. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to courier issues, force majeure, or regulatory checks. Risk of loss transfers to you once the Solutions are handed over to the courier.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided Solutions are unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Damaged or defective items will be eligible for replacement or refund upon verification. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‒14 business days of approval. Opened or partially used cleaning solutions cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Site, including design, text, graphics, images, trademarks, and the Green Molecule brand, are the property of SNAB Labs LLP or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
8. User Content
By posting reviews, testimonials, or feedback, you grant SNAB Labs LLP a royaltyfree, worldwide license to use such content for marketing and informational purposes. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading content. We may remove such content without notice.
9. Safety & Disclaimer
Our cleaning solutions are plant-based and free from harsh chemicals, but must always be used as directed on product labels. SNAB Labs LLP disclaims liability for misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions due to individual sensitivities. Except as expressly stated, the Site and Solutions are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, SNAB Labs LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site or Solutions. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Solution in question.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection rules.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
