Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions: The product was wrongly delivered, damaged during transit, or has a tampered safety seal.To request a return, please email us at customercare@snablabs.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will reach out promptly to guide you through the process. Important: We cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to contamination and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 4–5 working days after approval.
Refund of Shipping Charges
If your return is approved because of an error on our part, such as a wrong item being delivered, damage in transit, or a tampered seal, we will also refund the original shipping charges you paid, along with the product cost. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 4–5 working days after inspection and approval.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 4–5 working days, depending on your location. While we work hard to deliver on time, external courier delays may occasionally occur.
